Terms and Conditons

Welcome to Inner Reliance Massage and Wellness. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your booking of services with us. By booking an appointment, purchasing a gift certificate, package, or membership, or otherwise using our services, you agree to the terms below.
Booking Appointments
Appointments can be booked online through our Mangomint booking system, by phone, or in person. A valid email and phone number are required to hold your booking, and some services may require a credit card on file to reserve your spot.
Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled start time. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time out of respect for the next client, so late arrivals may result in a shortened session at full price.
Cancellations and No-Shows
We understand plans change, and we ask for the same courtesy we extend to you.

Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours before your appointment carry no fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or no-shows, may be charged a cancellation fee of up to the full service price, at our discretion. This fee helps us compensate our therapists for reserved time that could not be rebooked.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

If you're feeling unwell, especially with a fever, contagious illness, or symptoms that could put your therapist or other clients at risk, please cancel or reschedule as soon as possible. We will always try to work with you in these situations.
Payments
We accept the payment methods listed at checkout, including major credit and debit cards processed securely through Mangomint. Payment is due at the time of service unless you are using a prepaid package, membership credit, or gift certificate.
Prices for services are listed on our website and are subject to change. You will always be charged the rate in effect at the time of your appointment unless a promotion or prior agreement states otherwise.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be purchased through our website or in the studio and make a wonderful gift.

Gift certificates are valid for the period stated at purchase (or, where required by Minnesota law, do not expire).

They can be redeemed for services, packages, or retail products available at Inner Reliance, unless otherwise noted.

Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Packages and Memberships
Packages and memberships offer bundled sessions at a reduced rate.

Package sessions are generally non-transferable and must be used within the validity period stated at purchase.

Memberships renew automatically on the billing cycle you selected at sign-up and may be paused or cancelled according to the terms provided when you enrolled. Please contact us directly for any changes to your membership.

Unused membership credits typically roll over for a limited period as outlined in your membership agreement; please check with our front desk for current details.
Health Intake and Client Responsibility
Before your first session, and periodically afterward, we ask you to complete an intake form sharing relevant health information such as injuries, medical conditions, medications, allergies, or pregnancy. It is your responsibility to keep this information accurate and up to date, including telling your therapist about any changes before each session. This helps us provide safe, appropriate care tailored to you.
Right to Refuse or Modify Service
Our therapists reserve the right to refuse, modify, or end a session if:

A client's health condition presents a safety concern that wasn't previously disclosed

A client behaves inappropriately, disrespectfully, or in a way that makes a therapist feel unsafe

Continuing the session would not be in the client's best interest
In these situations, standard cancellation and payment terms may still apply.
Minors
Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the intake paperwork and provide written consent before receiving services. A parent or guardian must remain on-site for the duration of the session for minors.
Personal Belongings
Inner Reliance is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items brought into the studio. Please keep valuables with you or leave them at home.
Limitation of Liability
Massage and wellness services are provided for relaxation and general wellness purposes (see our Wellness Disclaimer). To the fullest extent permitted by Minnesota law, Inner Reliance Massage and Wellness LLC, its owners, therapists, and staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the most current version.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
