Within our studio, access to your intake and health information is limited to the therapists and staff directly involved in your care.
We retain client records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet our recordkeeping, tax, and insurance obligations. If you would like your records deleted sooner, you can contact us directly (see below).
A Note on Health Information
As a massage and wellness practice, we are not a medical provider and are not subject to HIPAA in the way a hospital or physician's office is. That said, we treat any health information you share with us, such as injuries, conditions, medications, or pregnancy, with the same care and discretion we'd want for our own health records.
